One-Way Valve:

For still freshly roasted coffee beans, it emits gas and will continue to do so for a while after the beans are packed into the bag. One-Way Valve is a small device that can be attached to the bag and allows the gas escapes from the bag and prevent the air outside to get in at the same time. Nowadays, it is widely used in coffee & tea industry to ensure the freshness of the product. *Custom position of valve is available.

Matte/Varnish Surface Finish

Want your package to look different? While most of the plastic packaging on the shelve looks shining due to the natural property of the raw material, a bag with matte surface really do look special. This capability gives the package organic and elegant look, and makes your products very high-end. The combination of matte and varnish finish would even more enhance the appearance of our product by highlighting partial elements such as the brand name or product image.

Tear Notch:

A small triangle cutoff on the sealing area to allow the bags to be opened easily without a scissors. Quantity and position of tear notches can be custom assigned.

Laser Score Line:

It even works better with the laser score line to open the bag. The laser punched dot line make the edge quite straight when people tear the opening. May work with or without the tear notch.

Easy-Open Lip:

It can make your production line even more efficient! The Easy-Open Lip is 2-3mm longer on one side of the bag that really helps the workers open the bag much easily and faster during filling in the products manually.

Round Corner:

Make your bag adorable! The little detail can make your package look more soft and lovely. Not only good-looking, the round corner avoids the risk hurting by the sharp traditional square corner, especially when metal or foil material are used in the structure.
